Introduction
As part of this mission, the Employer Dashboard was introduced to streamline job posting and improve employer workflows. This case study highlights the design process and features developed to create a user-friendly Employer Dashboard.

Cult Creative is an all-in-one portal that empowers creators and brands to collaborate, create, and elevate. With a growing talent pool of over 13,000 creatives across Southeast Asia, the platform bridges the gap between brands and creators, helping transform ideas into captivating, quality content.
Problem
Employers faced challenges with managing job postings and navigating the payment system for job tokens. Key pain points included:
Lack of a centralized overview of active and past job postings.
No clear visibility into job stages or application statuses.
A cumbersome process for purchasing tokens and tracking account billing

Design an intuitive Employer Dashboard to simplify job posting and management.
Provide a centralized overview of job activities and stages.

Research
The research focused on Competitor Analysis to identify best practices and innovative features that could elevate the Employer Dashboard. The analysis included a detailed study of similar platforms offering job posting and talent management services. Key insights gained included:
Centralized Job Overview
Successful platforms provided a unified dashboard where employers could view all active and past job postings, along with their status. This feature simplified job management by reducing the need for extensive navigation.
Streamlined Job Posting Processes
Competitor platforms emphasized ease of use in their job posting flow. By breaking the process into clear, manageable steps, they minimized user effort and increased efficiency.
Actionable Insights
Competitor dashboards included features such as reminders, actionable alerts (e.g., applications pending review), and quick access to frequently used tools. This ensured employers remained proactive in managing their postings.

Based on the research findings, the problem statement was redefined:
